This is a problem for some people that try to use their cPanel from work, as some company firewalls block odd port numbers, such as 2083.
cPanel now offers a work around, called a "proxy". You can reach the proxy by going to https://cpanel.example.com, where example.com is your domain.
You will then get the normal cPanel login prompt. Log into the cPanel as would normally do, and it will work just fine.
I would prefer you use your own cPanel link, as it will be faster and less taxing on the server. But if you can't... then you are welcome to use this proxy.
NOTE: Some of our customers do not yet have this proxy installed for them. If the proxy does not work for you, please open a Support request with QTH.com, and we will make sure the proxy is installed for you.
