I am having trouble deleting some files and folders via FTP

This usually happens if you are on one of our servers that is not running PHP in an suPHP environment. Without suPHP, PHP scripts generate files that are owned by the Apache (web server), and not owned by your username. Just contact QTH.com Support and let us know what you need removed, and we'd be happy to help. If you will be using PHP scripts and want to get around this problem in the future, let us know and we'll move your website(s) to one of our servers that is running in an suPHP environment.
