If you have submitted a domain transfer, and it fails, you can resubmit the transfer via our Billing System. Here are the steps:
- Log in at http://billing.qth.com.
- Click Account on the top menu.
- Click View/Edit next to Number of domains in your account
On this page, you will see a
Re-Submit link next to any domain name that is eligible to resubmit for transfer.
